Where possible, mention the app language and the screen concerned: it saves a round trip.
Exercising your data rights
Exporting your data and deleting your account are done directly in the app, on the “My account” screen, without writing to us and without any waiting period. Deletion there is immediate and permanent.
For the other rights — access, rectification, restriction, objection — write to support@parisandme.app. We reply within one month. The details are in the privacy policy.
Reporting inaccurate information
Opening hours that have changed, a price that has gone up, a restaurant that has closed, a clumsy translation: these are the most useful reports we receive. They are corrected in a subsequent content update.

The app is published on a non-professional basis: it is free, and gives rise to no billing. In that situation French law allows the publisher’s home address not to be published, provided their identifying details have been given to the website host — which has been done. They are passed without delay to any judicial authority that requests them.

Emergencies
Neither the app nor this website is an emergency service, and this email address is not monitored continuously. If you are in immediate danger in Paris:
- 112 — European emergency number
- 15 — SAMU (medical emergencies)
- 17 — police
- 18 — fire brigade
- 114 — emergencies by text message, for deaf and hard-of-hearing people
